    Guys,

    These journalists bought a brand new 550 just before the 575 came out, so well into production, and they wrote a detailed monthly report, which is... well, read it for yourself.

    Now, Ferrari owners, please please please, tell me these guys were extremely unlucky a) with the brand new car and b) with the dealer service.
    Otherwise, this is actually absolutely appauling for a Euro 200,000 car

    I've read it Fanch... and that's bullsh!t - according to a source close the factory, the 550M is the MOST reliable car to have EVER come out of Maranello...... This was a lemon - completely untypical of the 550M.
    HOWEVER the customer service that they experienced comes as no surprise... it's fairly typical of Ferrari dealers to act like pricks to all but their most prolific customers...... there ARE a few notable exception but not, unfortunately, very many.

    I know you've had a 550 so was expecting your answer, glad to hear that the 550 is a well built car.
