    Africa's first Koenigsegg CCX is here!

    Went to a private launch tonight - was very enjoyable!

    It's not that bad, once you got used to it.

    Koeniggggsenisseggsegnignigsegigiseg looks nice, but for the money I would take the Zonda (though not in silver).

    Don't like the CCX.
    Rather have the Zonda or the LP640

    Atzporsche, I think the gearbox is actually touring car type sequential shifter? Is that right Mike?

    I still have prefer a Zonda over this IMO. After seeing both the Zonda F and CCX in person - I would take a Zonda gladly!

    Nah, maybe after the Zonda

    Funny while I was there a lady made an interesting comment "The inside looks like a Mini Cooper" - I kind of agree because the dials do remind me of my Cooper S as well

    Did they say anything about the paddle-shift version?

    Amazing photos. Somehow the Koenigsegg just doesn't do anything for me though. But that Zonda is lovely. Amongst the true supercars, I like the Veyron, Enzo, CGT, Zonda F and SLR Roadster. The CCX just isn't on my wish list...

    Ferdie is right.

    It is a TRUE sequentiel gearbox, like the 997 GT3 Cup.
    No offense to F1 paddles lovers but to me, ANY CAR that only has two pedals is an automatic, period.

    Then you have different types of automatic, Automated manual gearboxes, torque converters, DSG, and so on...

    In the case of the CCX, you don't use the clutch pedal on the way up, but you use it on the way down and can still do heel and toe.

    Cool. It's like my little simulator here. See the sequential shifter on the left side. This isn't my exact one. Mine is getting built and will have Martini racing livery.

    Doors are the best thing about the car. Very unique and beautiful design however I doubt that they are very reliable.

    I think you are right - when they opened the door for us it did look a little flimsy.
