    I can't tell from the pic whether the skid plate is horizontal or vertical with the underside. I had to send back the plastic boomerang style because it wouldn't fit under my Techart lip -- not enough surface area. Maybe your's is different. But, would you mind taking a picture or providing some more commentary about that? Thank you.

    And, smokin' HOT car!!!

    The skid plates were fabricated for me. They work very well. You still have to be very careful with the steep inclines but as of now just some slight abrasion on the spoiler.

    Skid plates are vertical. I will work on some pics.

    GT3 in my future and trying to figure out what i'm going to have to do to my driveway... Anyone have an approach angle? Some dimension I can use to get the contractor something to work with? Thx!

    Also eager for more pics of skid plates... i'm curious what they mount too as well.. thx!

    MVN-- would love to see those skid plate pics if you get a chance. My Techart lip is taking some huge scrapes...

    Got my answer from the... MANUAL! 5.6* approach angle, 11* departure. That is a shallow drive

    Guys apologize for the late pictures. My laptop had issuses, and had to be fixed before posting the pics. These skid plates have saved my front spoiler. Only very minor scrapes and hardly noticeable. You still have to be careful but they do work and this is driving after one month. They were fabricated for me by a trusted porsche guy. He sells and services porsches in Huntington Beach. These were laser cut and fabricated for my car. If you are interested PM me and I will give you his email so you can work out the details. Here are some pics.

    3. They are veritcal skid plates and bolted on.

    4. Relatively inexpensive. Installation and fabrication only $200. Well worth it considering I spent $475 on the RS lip and not including painting and mounting the spoiler lip.

    5. It's also partially welded on. This actually my 4th spoiler lip I have replaced since I have owned my car. Damn. It's only been 16 months.

    7. Heres my spoiler lip. No damage on left side and slight scatches on the right. I have a pretty steep incline on my driveway.

    What are they attached to? scraping chin: $200. Bending chassis: !!!

    Do they reduce ground clearance?
