Re: Need adresses in the US to buy Cayenne
I know this is not the answer you are looking for, but whether or not you want a new or a used Cayenne will make a difference. It seems that many dealers (not just Porsche) have no problems selling the used cars to customers outside the US, but they have been instructed by head offices not to sell the new vehicles to "foreigners".
Due to the lousy US dollar many have seen a dramatic rise in Canadians, for example, coming to the US to buy vehicles. If they want a used vehicle it is not a problem. But if they want new, as soon as they show they are from Canada the deal is off. Also many dealerships in Canada will not warranty new vehicles bought in the US, or send the US dealership who sold the vehicle a penalty charge.
So if you want new, you may have to go through a friend in the US or a US broker (I am not sure even if that would work), and check to make sure that your local dealers will honor any warranty work.
I am not sure what the "rules" are for Europeans.
Best of luck.
