997 GT2 pictures
Today I managed to take some pictures after rinsing off the dirt and salt from yesterday's "excursion" (pictures are in the gallery). I have now driven the car in most winter conditions with heavy rain, cold temperature (-10*C) and also light snow. This car can be used all year round I don't miss the all wheel drive of my previous turbo so far. Even in the wet the traction and grip are quite good and the car is very neutral before it starts sliding almost in "slow motion".
Despite their size the Nokians can handle standing water quite well. Sport Cups would be no good under these circumstances.
You can also find a picture of the scratched backrest I mentioned last time. To me that doesn't look like a clear coat but I am no paint or carbon fiber expert.
