Front license plate holder

The mount consists of an aircraft grade machined aluminum bolt which threads into the front tow hook inlet, a heavy duty license plate mounting bracket and mounting hardware.
(all components are rustproof st.stl., aluminum and plastic construction )

Fits 911's and Boxter/ Caymans .
They are intended for permanent installation , but many get them just to go thru MV Inspection or to keep in the car in case they get pulled over.

The whole assembly is $35 ( includes shipping in US )

I got this a few days ago. It looks great! I haven't tried using it yet but I will soon.

I haven't put any front plates on my car yet. I have been fortunate not to be stopped yet. Just keep it under the front hood. I just refuse to drill any holes into my bumper.

Me too. But when state inspection comes up, garages here will not issue a sticker unless they see plates at both ends of the car. I used the front plate holder about 5 weeks ago. On in 3 minutes(I'm ham-fisted). It's a keeper. Will bring it out again next year.

I carry the mower axle kit (www.moweraxle.com) in my car for annual inspection - works like a charm.

I just wedge the front plate inside the windshield near the where the passenger A-pillar meets the dash.

I live in D.C. and have never been stopped or pull over because of it.

All you have to do is have the front plate displayed.
