LOL! Now that's just mean! God, I hate the winter more and more every year. If it never got colder than 50 or so that would be great.

Chris- car looks amazing! Tell us about the springs/lowering the car. I scrape alot now being stock but really want to lower my turbo (don't mind getting more spoilers). How does it ride and what springs did you get. Also, is that the Fabspeed quiet version, any droning? Thanks.

Aaahhh, give the man a cigar! I was just going to post that I was surprised none of you kooks picked up that the car was lowered LOL!!
After going back and forth and reading all the pros and cons about springs I decided to bite the bullet and give it a shot. Worst thing that happens is I replace shocks sooner than I would have. I know there are some who think it is a mortal sin to just do springs but, whatever.
I went with the techart springs and did the alignment with eclou's GT3-like specs. I can tell you the car handles MUCH better and is more pointy, direct - similiar to the way my 997S felt.
As far as comfort it's a bit rougher in sport mode and with our crappy roads here it's tough to take in sport. A decent road and it's better in sport now than it was stock. The PASM button works just like before.
With regards to scraping I think too much is made of that. Now, this is not my daily driver so I may not be the person to comment but I think if I'm going to scrape now I would have scraped with it stock. It's really not that different. I just pay attention to where i'm going - as it's usually entrances etc. Besides, any of the damage to the front spoiler is usually on the bottom and not visible unless you got on your knees and looked. Besides they cost so little it's not a worry.
So far i'm happy with the way it turned out. I'll keep my eye on the guys who are going to do the PSS10 and see how much better that is.
The exhaust is the regular, non-quiet Fabspeed. No drone and I love it.

The reg mode is great. no worries about your fillings! You'll be good in sport on just about any major highway/parkway etc. Only on crappy side roads is it a bit much, but certainly not where you can't take it. And like I said, reg. mode is great a little less floaty.
don't worry about scraping. like you said the front spoiler is CHEAP. I really think too much is made of this. Now, I understand some springs lower the car more than the TA's so it may be an issue with others but so far so good.
