    5 out of 5 stars rating, 0 - 200 kph in 11,5 sec. Nothing significant worth mentioning, they found the GT3 to be faster in handling manouvres and, at least this is my impression reading between the lines, ask themselves about justifying an extra 80 thousand bucks over that model for adding the turbocharged engine. AMS commented about the SC/TC stability system in detail and the, in their eyes, demanding handling with the system switched off.

    This has not been the first article evaluating the additional monetary expense for the sake of a more powerful car over the GT3, which has the advantage of an at least equally impressive handling and a more docile n/a engine.

    0-100kph: 3.6s
    0-160kph: 7.7s
    0-200kph: 11.5s

    Maybe it's to late

    My OPC told me all GT2 for MJ08 are sold, they'll get 4. And MJ09 is probably the last for the GT2 as it is right now, after that we def see the facelift, etc. If there will be a GT2 again - only god knows...

    But i don't know your P connections

    Don't believe in fairy tails Porsche's are NEVER exclusive. They are mass products

    P.S.: Max premia on the reseller's market are 0-5%... That is a clear sign, isn't it

    In Europe there are always cars available on mobile.de
    There are eight new GT2s advertised today for delivery in spring.

    Porsche declares that just around 1.300 GT2 will be built over the production run. And they all will have manual gearbox -> showstopper for me.

    So i made my peace with my 997TT and decided to give him some more HPs and relax until the new PDK DI facelifted rumor car can be ordered - and it will be a clean car, gell Conny

    Good joke of Porsche sales staff If they will just build 1,300 GT2 over the production run this just implies that the Mk2 version (Facelift) of the GT2 is not far away

    Porsche's are efficient, fast and fun - they are not exclusive (at least not in Europe, US might be different). Just look at the GT2. I mean, I like it (and most likely buy it) for what it is - an excellent track car which can be used as a daily driver in the summer. However, the car looks boring and rather average (interior and exterior). The price is OK. And you can bet that Porsche dealers will be happy for each and every GT2 buyer out there. Porsche will always have enough cars to fulfill demand

    IMHO, the GT3 is the better "track" car. While the GT2 may be even quicker around the Ring, it likely is a handful at 10/10's. A N/A engine will offer finer throttle response, compared to the on/off nature of turbos.

    As for the significant difference in price - manufacturers aren't stupid. They make consumers pay "dearly" for the privilege of having the fastest 911 made!! IMO, given the GT2's capabilities, it isn't overpriced at all.

    The factory confirmed Jan/Feb delivery I hope that this means March the latest
