Funny I feel the exact opposite. It's okay as a coupe but as a convertible the car rocks.
Nicest turbo cab I've seen yet just add PCCB's and black interior.

BTW, I feel exactly the same. As a convertible, I would always take a Boxster, as a Coupé give me a 911 please.

Don't be taken in buy trick photography. You can place ANY car in this picture with similar background and color and it will look good. Most car manufacturers have used this backdrop. 
BTW, the 997TT is the ultimate Rube Goldberg construction as Zoboda has clearly shown.
