Thank you all for your comments on recent AMV8V vs E46M3 post, my sights are now clearly set on the Aston.
Some interesting costings for you all from one of the highest taxed countries in the world.
New AMV8 $189486
GST(VAT) $18948
Luxury car tax $34415 (payable on all cars >60K)
Stamp Duty and rego $11500 (3% upto $45K, then 5%>45K
Dealer delivey $5000
Few options $10-15000
Insurance ~$4K
TOTAL ~$270-280000
Makes pursuit of your dreams a tricky business, a dollar here in real terms is equivalent to a Pound, USD or Euro there.
How are costings in other parts of the globe?? Ferrari ownership even worse, F430 ~450K on road, 612 Scag ~650K.
