    GT3 Front Spoiler Alternative?

    Does anybody know about alternative front spoilers for the 997 GT3? I've seen various spoilers on pure track versions of the car and wonder where to buy them.

    What I'm really looking for is a more streetable spoiler (less low to the ground), but would settle for one that could be easily adapted for that purpose.

    Don't think there is anything. What I've done is worn mine down a bit and keep sanding the burred edge off to make it look more decent. As long as you don't really nail it and slowly rub it over bumps allowing it to flex, it doesn't get too beat up. At some point this thing has to wear down enough and stop rubbing

    It comes unpainted for a reason. The sooner you accept that the front lip is a "wear" item, the happier you'll be. The 997 GT3 is such an amazing machine it's hard to worry about a trivial issue like a scuffed up lip spoiler.

    Thanks. I'll stop worrying about it. Does it actually flex when it encounters a slanted driveway, etc.? But doesn't actually break unless you nail it hard headon?
