GT3 Sound

Quite a simple question really...anyone been in a Carrera S with the powerkit and PSE & a GT3?...if the answer is yes, does the GT3 sound alot better, about the same or even possibly not as good...contemplating a GT3 and I have heard one fired up in a showroom, but not heard one on the go from either inside or outside...my X51 car sounds lovely and I would hate to move to a car that did not sound as good

Yes the GT3 sounds a lot better.
PSE sounds too pipey. The GT3's exhaust sounds like it belongs there.

Plus, the car sounds like a totally different animal once the Sport button is pressed.

GT3's not only about exhasut sound aswell.... The engine sounds better too...GT3's sound is all racingcar, both exhaust and engine sound. Doesnt sound 'artificial' too...

You can download GT3 sounds from the Porsche website. Go to models, 911, then GT3. There are videos as well as downloadable soundtracks.

Thanks, yes I have d/loaded the porsche stuff & all the various videos I could find, outcome is job done black GT3 being picked up 28th April!...cant wait

Carrera S with powerkit can sound so good you could almost wet yourself. In the GT3, however, it will be number twos that you have to worry about...

Had an X51, currently have a C2S cab with PSE, and GT3. Nothing like the GT3, it's fabulous, the best I've heard short of a F430. No need to change from stock.
