    Best Porsche Magazines & Forums?

    I own a couple of Porsches and am curious what other owners feel are the best magazines and weesites for Porsche owners and enthusiasts.

    I read Excellence and the PCA magazines here in the US and a few Brit mags when I can find them.

    This fourm ad 6speed.

    How about you?

    6speed is usually more concerned with modding (usually quite gauche...)

    Rennteam is hands down the best news site for Porsche.

    For technical/racing advice, try forums.rennlist.com

    Renntech.org has very specific technical stuff availible, but is not as active as any of the others.

    Magazines: The specific Porsche mags are somewhat boring in my opinion, the best are EVO/CAR from UK

    I guess it depends on what one wants from a Porsche mag. I find GT Porsche, 911&Porsche, Excellence, Total 911 and occasional Europeaan Car and Luxury $Exotics all good Porsche car reads. However, the PCA mag leaves much to be desired.

    311&Porsche world, GT purelyporsche, and sometimes total 911 and Porsche Scene, and when I'm in Italy I buy not very often Tutto Porsche.

    I hit http://forums.rennlist.com quite a bit, the 996 board has a ton of traffic (as do many of their boards).

    Just visited them all and have to agree with your assesment. The one you didn't mention is the new PorscheAndGear.com which is pretty thin on their forum posts but had the best list of Porsche events of any of the sites visited. You have to register (it's free) to access the 100+ events listings per month.

    I visited PorscheAndGear.com, which is real new. It's OK. But I really liked their calendar of events, which is one of the best I have seen anywhere on-line. Maybe 50 to 100 Porsche events listed per month.

    renntech.org may not have as much traffic as other forums, but as a reference forum it is unbeatable.

    Rennlist is sort of the forum everyone should belong to

    speedbrigade.com is a bit different w/some o/t Porsche stuff

    Tike Board is very clubby, but a lot of fun

    I agree that 6speed is more for mods

    and then there is Rennteam, which while I don't visit very often, has great first hand on upcoming info. Good research and widespread members.
