A Real Man's Wing
This is what I don't get.
This wing is obviously all-business and probably looks exactly like it should look for maximum efectiveness.
What is beautiful about it is a version for our cars could be easily developed and sold as an option for our cars. The MAGIC: it would UNBOLT for street use of the car! WOW!
So, without starting a flame war, why does Porsche insist on offering cars with embellished permanent wingage?
This bolt on wing (below) makes permanent wings look stupid because they are, but don't have to be, embellished, less-than-perfectly-effective and permanent.
Do they think it sells the car in the USA?
I'm attracted to trading up to the turbo but the wing thing has got me a bit siiiiick. I don't want that turbo-wing thing advertising to the neighbors/kids that I'm some sort of d-bag/superhero.
Damn dirty wings!
