    Modification and Tuning for 987

    The 987 has been out for more than a year but I can't seem to find too much information on modding and tuning dedicated to the 987. I would like to use a list of tuners with the help of everyone here. Thanks in advance!

    Wouldn't trust that one--almost all of their 987 product photos are from the 986. Sounds like they just filled up their 987 catalog with nonexistant parts in order to look big.

    Not much out for 987 yet... these guys have some of the SpeedART and Racing Dynamics offerings on their 987 list though:

    actually i spoke with someone at eurocar/9ff and they enlightened me on exactly how different the 986 exhauast is from the 987. I've forgotten now, but basically the pipes are routed in totally different ways between the two cars. He said that the cayman and 987 are very similar however.

    SPEEDART??? Made in Korea? (but masquerading as german...like shnell).

    So much BS out there guys...be careful.

    I guess you meant Cayman and Boxster... they are both called 987 though.

    Not really... more 987C or 987C7/S... or something like this. However all part numbers you order for the Cayman start with "987". This is also true for the parts which aren't identical to Boxster parts.

    Are you certain that SpeedArt is made in Korea? Care to share where you found that info?
