The "American" CTS-V costs less than half of the Turbo and $30k less than the X6M, but will beat them both from a roll race 60-130mph where it really counts. The trap speed tells you who will win the roll race. Also has the same nice amenities on the interior and rides just as nice as the other two.

The roll race from 60 to 130 mph counts? Where? On the drag strip? 
Also don't forget that the X6 M is a SUV and pretty heavy too.
Regarding the Panamera Turbo: No, even from 60-130 mph, the CTS-V does not beat the Panamera Turbo.
According to german reviews, the Panamera Turbo does 0-125 mph in 13.6 seconds, while the CTS-V needs almost two seconds more.
Performance of the CTS-V is still impressive though.

It is unfortunate for the Cadillac brand, but the CTS_V and bad drivers seem to have an attraction to each other.
So all CTS-V tested in various car magazines had bad drivers?

Sorry RC, I should have been more clear. I was thinking of the CTS-V's that I have come across on the road. Therefore, a bad driver for the test seemed entirely appropriate.
Still a poor generalization on my part; apologies to CTS-V owners. You don't let your kids borrow the car do you?
