Lol that's me in the back speaking to the rep.. Hillarious
lol Havent heard that in a while!
So you are Boris Becker´s little brother.
I was actually a comp tennis player as a kid and everyone was calling me BB! Hillarious, I actually met him a couple of years ago in ldn and told him and had a laugh about it..
It is a small world indeed..

The chassis/suspension setup with the active system regulating hydraulically roll and yaw while keep the suspension soft at the straights might just prove to be light years ahead of competition. Apparently they pitted this car against pretty much everything out there (Ps, Fs, Lambos etc) and they say it scores better than even the P GT cars.. It has noticeably less understeer while at the same time exhibits no roll at all and is comfortable like a jag on normal mode.. Well they would say that, wouldn't they, but cant wait to see what the first tests show. I am trying to get a test drive for this fall.
hint; 0-200 is 9.5sec or less, 0-100 less the 3.4 secs. The 458 was measured around 10.3-10.5secs apparently.
Heard of lateral acceleration of up to 1,8g with normal P Zero tires thanks to the new suspension. Can it be true ?
The silver 12C with the carbon accents was on display during this past weekend's Farnborough Air Show.
There are a few more and larger versions of that trio of shots available in this Flickr Gallery.

i think we can safely say that this is not possible, even if we are talking about Pzero Corsas (that allegedly Ron Dennis did not sign off for this car)

For anyone who might be interested, there's an MP4-12C Launch Brochure listed on Ebay right now by a seller in Germany who I have no connection with. The price is a bit high, but I figured anyone paying attention here might be interested in the content.

Gordon Murray T25 City Car Makes Public Debut...
(28 June 2010)
Finally, the T25 City Car will be making its official public debut today, as Gordon Murray Design will bring it to the Smith School’s World Forum on Enterprise and the Environment in Oxford today. The car aims to become the solution for today’s urban mobility problems, and represents the development and validation of a new manufacturing technology trademarked iStream.
This process in fact significantly reduces the investment and energy required to produce a vehicle. The car is therefore extremely lightweight, it has an ultra safe structure, a flexible product design, long life chassis, low cost accident repair, it has a small footprint and recycled materials, among others.
“Our transport sector is hugely dependent on fossil fuels and we need to de-fossilise our economy as quickly as possible. We know most of the technologies already exist in delivering low carbon transportation and the T25 and iStream manufacturing processes are clear examples of how the transition can bring new and exciting developments,” said David King, Founding Director of the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment.
The iStream assembly process means that the manufacturing plant can be designed to be 20% of the size of a conventional factory. This reduces capital investment in the assembly plant by at least 80%. Moreover, the same factory could be used to manufacture different variants.
“After a complete and comprehensive comparison of the process details and seeing the vehicle prototype build, our conclusion is affirmative that the innovative vehicle and process design of this project is outstanding. From our analysis the iStream process can be positively qualified as the most promising manufacturing process development in the car industry of the next decade,” Holger Erker, Managing Director of IPE Engineering said in a release.

Now that is a perfect MP4-12C .... just perfect. can i get Onur here to back me up on this one?
Ooooppss, I'm late to see this thread since I was out driving my new car
Actually, MP4-12C doesn't attract my attention. I find the looks little dull. I don't get excited when I see the car. It is not as special as Mclaren F1, either. That's just my opinion. 458 is all the way for me.
On the other hand, I agree with Enmanuel. That silver shade of the show car is very nice and carbon parts just complete the whole package. Much much better than that orange color of the first car.
Still, I prefer titan. or silverstone 458.

Hey guys, how s this possible? Most modern cars have headlight clusters with at least two different bulbs per unit, to provide the different types of lighting. This car seems to have one type of bulb only... so will that do both daytime running lights, as night-time lighting, city ighting, foglights, etc?

The city light and daytime running light functionality is satisfied by the illuminated arc over the headlamp lens you can see above. The headlamp bulb is a bi-xenon offering low and high beam function in one unit. There are no foglamps - that does seem kind of strange for a British car.
