GT3 clubsport

Anyone out there have a new GT3 with the clubsport package yet? I've got some roll cage questions on it....

Did he get any documentaion on FIA approval or racing approvals with it?

Does the clubsport have just the rear half of the roll cage fitted from the factory? If so, how do the exposed ends look?Is it welded or bolted in? Are the holes already in the floor to
mount the front section in all GT3's?

I am debating weather to put in the Techequipment roll bar or the clubsport rollcage? I do not like the roll bar's chrome finish, is it avaiable painted in black?

Clubsport models come with the rear part of the cage install and the dealer can install the front part at the customers request. The cage is bolted in, not welded. The holes in the floor pan have to be drilled.

The Tequipment bar comes finished in brushed aluminum look, not chrome. I'm sure it could be powdercoated black but is not available from the factory that way.

I suppose it is a person taste thing but I have the Brushed cage in my Comfort and it brightens up the interior in addition to providing mounting for the harness.

There is a sticker on the cage that says it's FIA approved. Apart from that there was no documentation.

On the Clubsport all holes are drilled in the floor at the factory, and the floor is locally strengthened. The holes are not drilled on non-Clubsport cars!

Is your friend the first owner of the car? It should have had a certificate with the same serial number as the cage sticker.

The problem for me is that my cage was purchased as a part and not as part of a clubsport and as such it did not come with a certificate.
