    Solid track time for the Cayman given standard Pzero and just low power.

    NSX is a huge disappointment in terms of performance given it's on Trofeo R.

    Disappointment is a understatement broken heart. Car would be great 5 years ago. It came too late to the party.

    5 years ago an SLS AMG was capable of hitting 200 kph in 11,7s without turbos, hybrid tech or semi-slick tires devil

    At least 5 seconds from Cup tires I would think (I think the GT4 did 7:42 on Supertest)...

    And this is why Porsche has a real issue to keep the GT4 with a NA engine...

    I believe the same is true for the 991.1 GT3 and 991.2 Carrera S. With back seats! Smiley And as we know, this is what counts. That is why everyone dumped their GT3s in favour of the new turbo-charged Carrera... or, ehm, not Smiley

    376 PS ? Sounds like a "healthy" engine though makes the comparison with the 375 PS NA 981 Spyder even more interesting

    Smiley Exactly the same laptime at HHR for both cars, CaymanS 2 sec faster at NoS (not very meaningful gap to draw conclusions, especially since the 'Ring received some refurbishment this year), acceleration 718 CaymanS has the edge up to 100 km/h, up to 160 km/h on par with Spyder, up to 200 km/h Spyder is slightly faster. The Supertest CaymanS was PDK while the Spyder was manual of course.

    Cayman achieved an amazing track time in my opinion but the PZero used is, according to a source, the same new compound used for the 991.2 Turbo S. Pirelli is in the process of changing the compound of the PZero throughout their product range. It is a much better track tire now, even if it cannot "keep up" for long.

    Very true. Straight line performance is also a disappointment. This is RS6 Performance level, not supercar level (0-200 kph under 10 seconds).

    ^ What seat is that in the SA video?  Doesn't look OEM.  

    You can definitely see even from the video the torque helping the car out of the turns.
