It is grown to use the CBD in it , it has normally nearly no THC . A bit further down the field there was a tent and a caravane with people . Seemed like they had to watch the field day and night as people probably came to steal the plants .
Here you can buy marijuana without THC in tobacco shops and other specialized shops . They are popping up everywhere , selling oils and cookies etc...
So buying , owning , selling , consuming weed without THC is legal , but as it is difficult to tell one from the other ( needs a proper test ) if you have some with THC you get away .
