The Porsche bucket seats are the best bucket seats I ever encountered in a car. They are amazing.

I too had a difficult time getting acclimatized to the GT3 bucket, but eventually got used to it.  Should Porsche allow more adjustability?  At least the Ferrari bucket is quite comfortable for me.  

No, the bucket seats are perfect and if someone is too tall or too small, they can be properly adjusted to height.
