Changing angle with speed doesn't increase performance so it won't be on a GT3 (this is purely for looks on other 911s). Manual adjustment is used to balance the car and match the car to the track. I wouldn't want my adjustment changed "automatically" if I set it up how I want it before going out on the track. The only sort of a performance benefit from "active" wings would be if they changed their angle during turns, however, I believe this was banned from most race series.
