That is brilliant Farina, I really really like that rear. You can tell its a "Porsche" from that rear, reminds me of the C4S rear, which is one of the most beautiful rears, but different and with four doors and the rear hips. The front needs to be long and tall vs the Boxster/911 in order to fit the V8 in there and should get a readily diferentiable and distinc front image (like the 928 vs 911) and voilá!
As to the photoshop, I don't think I could. In order for it to look "real" in photoshop (like a photo) you have to use and modify existant images and parts (sometimes to the point of being completely different than the original but still based on an image) otherwise it would look like a drawing and you are much better at that me
but if you want me to modify something with photoshop I may be able to help. Just let me know

Farina - that is attractive but it is a sedan - meaning old folk will have to be able to enter the back seat without being experienced limbo dancers. You need to put an air hose into your design. The back roof line can not be fluid, it must meet at an angle because you don't want it to look like a vw beetle roof.
Carlos for you to succeed with pshop it would have to be like silly putty - don't know if your familiar with that - us kids grow up with it years ago.

Your fist drawing had the CGT rear lights or something similar to them, I see a bit of Lambo Gallardo in this rear treatment, or is it just me? (the flat slats above the rear lights)

I think it is too low thought, if there is one the "Panamera" will ressemble more the CLS' proportions.

Looks too much like a Ferrari to me.
My tip is: Make the back totally round, not with a "lip" where the exhausts are.
Dump the hollow doors and dump the air intake.
I think this will be a front engine car, so only need for smaller vents for the rear brakes.
My bet is the Panamera will look very much like the Cayenne, since the Cayenne is their biggest seller. Would also make sense to convert the design to a sedan.
BMW and Audi went the other way: Built an SUV (Superfluous Useless Vehicle) from a sedan...so I think Porsche will simply reverse that process.
