    Totally Smitten!! (pics)

    Got a chance today to check out the new car which I pick up on the 7th of April. Wow is all I can say. To see in it the flesh was amazing - its Seal Grey with a Stone interior and I hadnt seen that combo in person before.

    The OPC also threw in a test drive + day which is vvvv nnice of them!

    I took a couple of photos with my mobile so apologies for the quality...

    I'm a very happy man!![:)][;)]

    Nice paint, but I'm not a big fan of stone grey interior. Looks cheap to me

    Anyway good that we don't have all the same taste

    Couldn't agree more... about the taste that is. Stone Grey is a lovely colour, especially in real-life as per a photo and lightens up the cabin. Much nicer than many of those harsh 986 Boxster colours...

    Looks great! Nice to have a colour combination that not only looks good but is individual. The bad news - the next 3 weeks will seem like forever. You'll have it in time for the Great South of England Rennteam Meet at the end of April that Rich C and I are planning

    Cheers... Could be tempted as although i work in Edinburgh I live in London at weekends... What an excuse for a long drive...

    I never liked it in the 996/986, maybe I should check it out again. In a car magazine it was referred to once as 80's style shoe color you know these light grey shoes.

    I like my black interior and "lighten" it up with some alu/carbon applications. Next car I would go for cocoa, looks very classy and is almost black!

    He but what are we talking about... it's all abou the car and that's a beauty! Enjoy!

    It's a completely different colour to the 986. The old 986 grey colour wouldnt have been my taste either but I'm sure loads of people would disagree. Anyway its all personal taste. Cocoa is nice! I think Stone Grey lightens up the cabin a lot - have a look at the attached shot...
