i've got the impression that GT3 RS prices are pretty stable at the moment.
i heard about a dealer purchase price for a one year old GT3 RS being around EUR 95,000 -- i don't know if PCCB equipped or not, though. i'd guess that it's unlikely to get a good GT3 RS under EUR 100,000 at the moment.

Amazing. Since my original post a few weeks back prices are taking a beating. I have since decided against a RS and will go with the Clubsport instead. No longer sure that the RS warrants the premium really.
MKII prices are falling as well. Really a buyers market. I am looking to for a MY 03/04 car with less than 10k km, no modifications, LHD, black - looking to pay Euro 70K - 75K. Let me know if you know of a good car.

No, in the US you can only have the regular GT3. Importing one is a big expense and administrative hassle. There is a GTRS for sale in North Carolina that is already made US legal, but they are asking $250k here:
