Concepts are usually either abandoned or toned down due to production costs, parts sharing between models etc. Realism vs Vision.
Some design elements from some of the above concepts have migrated to production models but not enough, unfortunately.
Pity, The 904 Concept would have been a unique Cayman-class (and even above) sportscar.

Since there is a strong rumor that Lamborghini and Porsche will be "aligned" together (this action probably caused the rumor that VW Group wants to sell Lamborghini), expect the 904 (or something like that) to become a reality. The next Huracan generation with Biturbo V8 could also be the start of a new Porsche product.

I would much prefer to see Porsche move ahead with the 919, 960 and van 
concepts myself. But be affordable (not ferrari prices) in nature. The 919 would allow Porsche to complete with Mclaren and Ferrari and not impact the 911 Turbo and GTs

I'd love to see a little carbon tubbed V4 904 in the same vein as a 4C Alfa. Light, nimble, spartan and cheap. Call the engine "race derived from the 919". Throw on a turbo and you have a lower class showroom stock racer that would excite a lot of people. Bring back the 944 Turbo Cup racer days. Smaller, lighter and cheaper than the GT4 and RS.
Then a 919 Street to homologate for the hypercar class at LeMans. Have it play in the same space as the 720 and 765.
And a 960, a modern 928 to slot in between the 8 series and Maserati at the low end and the 812 at the top end. Same architecture as the Bentley Conti. 450/550/650hp in three ranges. V8.
Add in a GT3 available with rear seats and as a convertible and you'd make almost all porschephiles happy.

I think the advent of EV power has put a pause on many concepts... perhaps in an all-petrol world some of these would have been advanced, but right now, any concept must immediately be based on either electric or conventional power, not just a styling exercise. So for example, the "light, nimble, carbon tub based 904" as Mithras mentioned, would only work with a small petrol engine....it would be completely different, and no longer light, if envisioned as an EV, so the concept might be decided to simply not work.

Enmanuel:They probably did that to better visualize both options as they were considering which one to go for on a final version since you never see both side windows at the same time. I wouldn't have been surprised if they had done different wheels on either side either.
This.
Not uncommon for car manufacturers to do clay models with different designs on either side.

You are correct. These concepts are a few years old now. The corporate switch to EV means they are pretty much all dead end concepts now.
I think the van concept has the best chance using the Missions E platform. But oh well.

If the rumor is true that Porsche and Lamborghini are coming together (not as brands but as some sort of holding company or whatever, similar to Audi and Lamborghini now), we are going to see a middle engined Porsche supercar at some point.

Nope, Urus gets a facelift and a more powerful version as far as I heard, of course also hybrids. 
Like it or not but Porsche and Lamborghini are coming together, so will Audi and Bentley (change of strategy).
