If you know the name of the vessel, yiou can find it on the schedule. There is even a web cam to see the vessel unloading in port, if it is at berth 12-05. The dealer should be able to give you the name of the vessel that matches ONVSL date.

Congrats on your new car...I belive our cars were on the same boat (Cosmo Spirit?) that docked in Baltimore last Monday. I finally pick up my car tomorrow in Princeton, NJ...It looks like it arrived at the dealer Wed./Thursday of last week.
I would love to see more pics of your S, black/black is stuning!

Jason, thank you! This might be the best Christmas present of our petite bourgeoisie existence. 
Congratulations, shipmate! I'm going to wait for the weather to clear a little before taking some more pictures...winter storm advisory up at the moment. 
It's not an S. My dealer for the S at HBL screwed up the deal so I went with my back up deal at Porsche of Arlington on a straight 997 with PASM, Sport Chrono, and 19-in wheels. I've been out of town a lot and did not have enough time to sell my Boxster S so I decided to take a lower price by going with a trade-in, but HBL tried to pass me $10k below Black Book value. I thought they must have been on crack so I pulled the trigger on my back up deal one hour later. I'm very happy with that decision. I have been hard pressed to notice the 0.2 second difference in acceleration and I have no idea if I will miss the self-adjusting clutch. I am loving the $10-20k "saving" ($20k if I count the trade-in stuff)! Only thing to do now is get my deposit back from HBL.

PS Now that I have the car I'm think that I read a few posts here and there, in which I am sure a few people, who claimed to be 997 owners, were engaging in prevarication. I have no idea what they stood to gain from it. Anyway, we both have great autos! I'm completely satisfied (at the moment)!
PPS Every now and then I start to walk toward the rear of the car to put my gym bag in the trunk only to remember a split second later that my Boxster S is gone!

Clarification regarding my controversial postscript: I meant that people were describing certain features, such as the multi-function steering wheel, PCM, etc., that lacked detail and clarity that would normal come from operating the system. I am not refering to mech' issues, such as Skip's, which I hope work out in his favor immediately!
