Can't wait for your long analysis of Cayenne RC.
As much as I was devating from Cayenne for our next SUV, but after watching the Video last night I'm leaning back toward it again - tempting - .
As to off roading I'm sure GMAustin will enjoy it the most since he is going to have plenty of nice terrain to drive this bad bou on it.

Sorry, I think I overlooked your post.
I'm not sure if I like the GST or not. I didn't see it live yet.
It seems it looks more like a Minivan and I'm not a friend of Minivans.
I tell you what I need (after almost two years of ML55 and a little 2-year old daughter as a VIP passenger):
- more luggage room and slightly more leg room front and rear
- more power (I want to be able to keep up with those 911, SL55, Ferrari...
)
- a DVD entertainment system (mainly rear compartment)
- much better A/C & heating (especially rear)
- a more stylish and refined design, SUV like aggressive but sporty too
- better interior quality (less plastic, more leather)
- better steering feel (more direct)
- less understeer & less side roll
- switchable exhaust sound (aggressive for Daddy, less noisy for the family)
Unfortunately the Cayenne doesn't offer all of that and I might throw a look at the new ML/GST too.
