The Phantom is real, but I believe the Maybach and Continental GT are still photoshops. You can go to the Genaddi Design website and see more pictures, one can easily tell that some are real and some are photoshops (but they're working on the real things) 
The Maybach convertible is a photoshop, you can tell from these two pictures below : the people in the background are in exactly the same positions..unless they're statues

They are photoshops.
If the maybach cab is a photoshop from a normal coupe picture, the part of the stairs that you can see now because the top of the car is out or down should have been added in and probably cloned from another part, so look for that repeated in the pic and voila! (this can be avoided with a little more work but the intent of the pic was not to pass as an original but to see how a cab maybach would look so not needed I guess):
