With a AMD 2500+ M processor, a Radeon Mobility 9200 graphics card and 3 kg weight, I'm not really sure it is up to Ferrari standards.

How about this "Ferrari": Intel Pentium 755 M Processor, Radeon Mobility 9800?

And the whole stuff at 1.9 kg weight?

I can also highly recommend my "Ferrari": Sony VGN-S1XP.
Intel Pentium 735 M processor, Radeon 9700 graphics card, 1 GB RAM, Atheros a,b,g Wlan Mini-PCI card, integrated DVD-R/RW, Bluetooth, Firewire, USB 2.0, PCMCIA slot and the whole thing at 1.9 kg weight.

Selling Laptops and Cameras (Olympus, see picture) with the Ferrari logo just feels like a rip-off to me.

If I recall correctly, I saw a Ferrari-brand surf board in a shop window on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills a few weeks ago.

@RC,

you can also compare a Ferrari with a Maybach. This car has definatley more features than a Ferrari.

Or compare a Ferrari with a Bugatti, so the Bugatti is even faster.

BUT... designwise.. the Ferrari wins all competitions. So - its simply the same with this Ferrari-Notebook. Looking great (and... its not the latest out there - therefore the pain in speed can be taken).

The laptop and camera are not made by Ferrari. They just take a currently produced product, make it red, and slap on a few Ferrari logos. Then they jack the price up. Personally, I would rather buy the equivilant product without the ferrari badging, and slap on a $2.00 Ferrari sticker.
