I think you missed the point. The Murcielago is named after a fighting bull. It just seems a little weird to name another model after a bullfighter's sword.
Now if Pagani had used that name I'd understand it.

Do you really think he hates Porsche that much? I wouldn't want to screw my families company full stop - I bet he has plenty of shares at Porsche and whats more, he has done more good than bad for motoring in general I think. He initiated some great technologies for us motorist - he is a speed demon and technology freak, he got money and brains into Lamborghini, he put Bugatti back into business, just look at Bentley, they have sold more Contintental GT's than all other cars they built! He did more for VW USA than Hahn did and at the day he is Mr. Porsche's grandson! He is not called Ferdinand by accident
PS My bet is he is keeping Porsche on their toes. Let's face it Wedeking is a great accountant who can come up with a marketing strategy and pricing to convince you that you really need to have your sun visors in leather or you just won't feel special (at a charge of course) and Ferdinand is a speed demon who is happy to loose money on cars if it brings new technology!
PPS If my grand pa was Dr. Porsche I would feel that WW has watered down the dream and has turned Porsche into a new Benz! And yes I do love the Cayenne and appreciate that making it in Czech is a good thing (assembly in Germany) and yes, if I can squeeze a few dollars out of making the Boxster in Finland its a smart thing to do - especially if people continue to buy and the money helps invest in a secure future.

I had no idea it'll be there I thought the introduction was Frankfurt show.I can't wait, if it's in Paris. I may take the day off and watch the fight

Because the exotic and "bijou" type of car that Lamborghini is, does not coincide with the everyday practicality and substance buyers of 4door cars require.
