    Had the Panamera ahead of me

    I had the Panamera for more than 1.5 hours ahead of me.

    Classic meets modern - which one looks better?

    Some close shots of the light camouflage. Its a printed sticker, underneath the lines are running horizontal.

    Wow, that picture goes straight to the heart. What a beauty (the silver one).
    As for the Panamera, I can't get my head around the idea that there is enough camouflage on it to make it pretty once it's official.

    This particular car (the blue one)still has the "old" camo on it. It still has camo on the doors and on the C pillars. Most of the pictured cars nowadays have shed that camo.

    Even the newer photos have the camo on the side of the bumper.

    I love the 356 better ..... but who knows when I will encounter the Panamera live if I change my mind or not.

    Lars, your picks are GREAT and also we are sure they are not "photoshoped"

    Definitely the car is still under heavy camo ....

    What were you in? a BMW 5 series?

    One more thing to add. My impression was, that this car is huge. Next to an Mercedes station wagon E-Class, the Panamera seem to be even bigger, wider, same hight. Its a laaaaarge Porsche!

    Personally I think it's ridiculous to build a car that large and only have 4 seats, What is the reason to not have 5?

    If you want 5 seater buy a Cayenne .

    Xandi911 - you know, that is what I asked myself for the 90 minutes I was seeing that car. I was discussing this with my wife. We have seen many lines which might be nice in the real one - example. rear bumper will have a diagonal cut which goes from the rear fender up to the light - this might look very dynamic in the camouflaged car.

    You know, within that 90 minute we also have seen the new 7 BMW with a very light camo on the street. This car looked amazing already from far. My wife said, that she liked it better as the Panamera.

    So - make it short, I'm still not sure if this car will be beautiful later one. Simple of the size I'm still very concerned, but I'm even more excited to see it finally.
