German dealer telling me around 450PS (Jump from 3.6 to 3.8 litres for same tune/effciency is just short of 440 hp plus DFI makes sense for around 450 hp) PDK for sure sometime next year.
Grant I suppose if they want to make PDK standard they'd offer 6 speed as no cost option or perhaps in the current climate offer PDK as a cost option with added performance

The PDK will be an option - this is Porsche we are talking about - they would make the wheels optional if they could!
and when you see the tiny standard alloys of the boxster, caymann cayenne and 997 non-s, I'd say the wheels are optionnal too.

i couldnt imagine and actually hope that the new GT3 will not get the same PDK as the 997...or should i say auto box..?
from my point of view it just doesnt fit the car and the purpose of the GT3..but i guess thats just my opinion...
something in the direction of a milder version of the race sequential gear box - yes! but not a confusing-which-botton-do-i-have-to-press system as the PDK which is driven in auto-mode in 9 out of 10 cases anyways...

Yeah, I was wanting to ensure that a manual was still offered...
