I have a Sportec stage II on 997 turbo. The car pulls way stronger than without mods both in normal and Sport mode.
The pressure display still showes a maximum 1.0bar in normal mode, and 1.2 in Sport, but it reaches it faster and on a broader rev range.
The only little disappointment is that in Sport mode the car reacts almost exagerately to throttle inputs, and it gets a little complicated dosing the power in turns, and the rev hike in downshifts...
A part this, no reliability issues since a year and 20'000km!
So yes, do it and enjoy it!

hmm i got it!
well my car in a higher gear like 4th, 5th keeps like 0.9 at the end of RPM.. it just shows 1.2 at 3500~4500... IN SPORT MODE...
SO MODDED i will have 1.2 IN SPORT till 6700RPM?? this should be good
and they extend REDLINE? i think more speed pear gear with extended REDLINE should be good!??

I saw one of these Sportec modified GT2's at an OPC in Zagreb in the summer. The roof had a chequer flag decal and the porsche badge on the front hood was replaced with a sportec item. The rear exhausts were also different from a GT2. A rolling road tuning map left on the passenger seat suggested 725 BHP !!
