I might be driven to fkn kill him if he were my neighbor. If I had to hear a heavy equipment hobbyist get his kicks nextdoor on the weekends. Need a lot of acreage to absorb that kind if noise in the "peaceful" countryside.

You need to see a Porsche tractor "live".
Came in two models, "Junior" and "Standard" (or was it "Senior"?
), of which the bigger one wasn't that much bigger than a ride-on mower.

OK..., here's the details: I had a weekend place a while ago which was quiet and beautiful until the a****** next door bought himself a backhoe. EVERY weekend for a couple of years he was playing with it! I started to have homicidal fantasies.

Hahaha, no prob MMD: the guy just stops by to pick up his grandson (the little one loves the ride on the tractor and meanwhile he's even able to distinguish Grandpas red P-tractor from the neighbour's grey BoxsterS
) and then they are off into the green...And fritz is right: the P-tractor is small (kind of a sporty version of a tractor
), but it wouldn't pass todays noise emission rules

Sold it and moved on due to other life changes.
But really..., people should just be __QUIET__ in areas where you and your neighbors expect to "get away from it all."
