I'm assuming the PSM turns off the stability management.

Is the shock button to switch modes on the PASM system?

Sport Plus - is that to turn on and of the sport plus system (throttle response etc).

Sport - is that for the 'Porsche Sport Exhaust' option?

Yes. When LED is lit PSM is off.Quote:

Yes. When LED is lit PASM is in Sport mode.Quote:

Yes. This is the second level of Sport Chrono with even a more aggressive engine mapping, shifting, launch control.Quote:

No. It's the first level of Sport Chrono. They could have used one button w/ 2 LED levels and activated by pushing it in sequence, but they didn't.

Maybe they should label the button "PSM Override" or something like that.

They did, it is called PSM off. Should be self-explaining on this board.
I was so far under the impression that Sport Plus does only alter the shifting time and patterns for the PDK box and engages the launch control but does not change settings for PSM, ABS, throttle and revlimiter characteristics. This should only depend on the Sport setting as it does in the 6-speed models as well. Anybody confirm that?

Clearly the one think Porsche really needs is to hire a 'user interface designer' to help them with their driver control/input system implementations.
