    0-1000m: GT-R R35 v 911 Turbo

    turbo with manual tranny, PDK would give the Porsche advantage over godzilla. Check that chart in the end, clearly you can see how smooth the gt-r double clutcher copes with power compared to manual turbo.

    Take into account that they didn't used the LC, the GT-R started from idle.

    Very good. The GTR is some car. Agree with Wrubel, PDK might/will help such tests

    3814 lbs vs 3494 lbs

    So the GT-R only has about a 20hp advantage, but is carrying over 300lbs more.

    Some guys dynoed the GTR and it pulled down 435HP on 3rd gear,cause the top-speed is limited at 180 km/h,and 4th gear is useless at dyno.And 911tt made 420HP without speed limiting.

    Do you think GTR can output 100% power at 3rd gear? IMO,it can't.

    Uh, not quite sure what you meant to say here.

    But the GT-R has been put on the dyno here in the states a number of times and it's generally been found to have ~500-520hp at the crank depending on which correction factors you chose.

    I'm surprised nobody has commented on the drivers shifting technique in the TT. Maybe it was Jeremy Clarkson driving the Turbo?

    I think the GTR was at a disadvantage because it didn't use launch control. I don't understand why.
