    New GT2's in USA

    Has anyone recieved their new GT2 this week? Mine was at the port last week. At the moment I'm waiting on the call from my dealer.

    On that note, also how many is the US to get? What are build dates of other US productions?

    So far, there has been 108 GT2s delivered in the US and 11 in Canada.

    They have 4, maybe 5 at Roslyn Porsche, two sold. One is bright yellow, not sure I could do that!

    MSRP on mine was $208,770 and I did not pay that kind of markup, but close. Dealer got between $30k to $50k over on orders after mine. I believe due to US economy, some people are not taking delivery and the cars are moving to other dealers around the country in hopes of selling to others.

    It's available on internet. In N.A. car assemblers MUST disclose their monthly sales by model ... just google it.

    I was just told by my dealer that there were several GT2's at the East Coast port with hail damage. Has anyone else heard this?

    Good news, my GT2 will be ready for delivery Wedesday. I will probably leave the car at the dealer to have the roll bars put in.

    What are you paying for bars, color of car, etc? I want the bars but wonder about dealer price.

    I will find out Wedesday when we pay for the car. I do know that the full 3M protection is
    $1900. The car is red with red rims. The tail lights are red and the bottom below the doors is painted red.

    Nice color combo. Have seen it on other internet pics. Hard to mess up that car, especially with the customization they offered. I did alot of black paint on the interior, with Speed exterior. Would like to know about cage price when you get.

    My brother and I took delievery of the GT2 yesterday. We'll take it back to the dealer next week for 3M, bars and belts. We'll also have Nascar ripoff windsheild protector applied to windsheild. I will install pedal kit with aluminum pan on carpet.

    The car is the best I have ever driven. It will be very easy to go fast in this car. My Z06 is fast, but not close to GT2. As my brother said it is one sweet ride.

    Large dealer in san diego has a loaded white GT2 for 259k$ (msrp 206k$) . he said they are getting a total of 3 cars the whole year.
