Victorious GT3

Here my report from my Wk-end at the Castellet track. Sorry no pics.
Come on Saturday. Track was pretty hot, around 40 degrees.

Morning had 3 sessions of free trainings and same for the afternoon. Got to friends with me which share seats for the track.
My time with Michelin sport cup in 19 2'37'154 - 2'36'235

Sunday morning putt four new tires for my warm up and qualifying.

Time 2'34.171 Pole position

others one between 2'35'159 - 2'42'392.

Cars involved in the race: 996 GT3, RS 92,997 GT3 RS,997 Carrera S, RS 95 & 997 GT3

Departure made on drive (sorry don't know how you say) flying departure. Behind safety car.

Race startet for 12 laps. Went good 2 first laps, get passed by 997 GT3, nice race behind him for 7 laps, come back on him and i made pression. He lost concentration and out he went.
Then had to managed my race until the final lap to embrassed the number one place. nice feeling.

Cram can You explain us the rules ?

or ..can you give us some links ?

last question : wich was the track configuaration ? the first turn ( S) was in the fast configuration on in the slow ? ( you turn a lot in the left and put 3rd or it was faster ( 4 th) ??

It's a normal race, like you would be doing the Italian porsche championship.

We have free practice, then qualifying and then warm up and then the race. The pole position goes to the one who's been doing the best time in the qualifying session. The trophy are been giving by 1,2 & 3 position.

My race is only with cars having road tires and michelin cup as this is part of the rules.

then you have a race with only slicks but GT3 cup, GT3 RS, GT3, Carrera and so on. Then you have the drivers cup and finaly the 100 miles cup

The complete track so where we use the 4th and even the 5 th gear
