    Realistically, what should we expect for the C4/C4S. With regard to 997.1, the engines were the same as the C2/C2S. The front and rear styling were also be the same, except that the C4/C4S were slightly wider. The wheels were also the same. So, the only difference when it gets unveiled on the 25th of June???

    I hope there's more to the unveiling than the red stripe.

    apart from the red stripe it would have titanium air intakes, side skirts and alloy wheels

    titanium (look) side skirts? Or do you mean that it has skirts, where the normal C2 variants don't have them?

    obviously the side skirts and wheels won't be titanium, I might have told you that the tyres will be army green then

    No, I understand that they won't be real titanium, but that tacky plastic in a titanium finish.
    So; will there be the same skirts as now, but then in a titanium finish, or will it be different skirts in a titanium finish?

    and the rear piece over the exhaust pipes will be black instead of colour coded

    For those who care about this (not me), I suspect that the C4S will have the rear red stripe, but not the C4.

    I dont like that they are trying to make the 4-wheelers look more valuable. I think, the question if 2 or 4 is not a valuable ore money questions. Many people think different and probably argue like:

    "
    - 2 wheeler - a bit more sportier...
    - 2 wheeler - I live in SoCal, where it never rains...
    - 2 wheeler - more trunk space
    - 4 wheeler - better handling
    - 4 wheeler - I live in the Swiss Alps... no way to go without
    "

    Happy and relieved I do not need to buy a C4S now. The red stripe belongs to the eighties and early nineties...

    I really hate that red stripe, completely out of date!

    I'm planning to buy a new Targa 4 next January, I was thinking of ordering it like it is (if not possible to have it without the stripe) and then have the back-door replaced with one without the red stripe

    would that be possible? has it been done in the past? any suggestion? sorry guys but that red stripe is driving me crazy

    The red stripe visually enhances the rear's width. It may be possible that the current iteration did not satisfy some customers...

    I really like it. The red reflector actually makes the curves flow much better than the ones that don't have it. I personally really like it.
