You'll be much better off with an expertly repaired rear quarter than a replacement. A good body man can straighten the metal to nearly original shape, requiring very minimal amounts of filler, usually just enough to give a "finish coat" before priming. Tools have greatly improved, with dent pullers that tack weld onto areas to facilitate outward pulling without having to get behind damaged area to "hammer out" a dent. He'll be able to blend paint work in at door jams to the point where only the scrutiny of a well trained eye could spot the repair, if at all. I agree with you regarding the replacement of bolt on fenders. Just find the right shop for the job.
