There are two Targa on that truck. At least the upper one (grey) you can see that it has clearly no red stripe between the new rear lights.
So either that red-stripe discussion was nonsense or the Targa, though 4WD, won't get it or there will be a 2WD-Targa with the facelift.

it was confirmed to me from someone who should def know about this at Porsche that only the C4S will get the red reflector stripe in the back. all other models will remain like seen on the FL models.
As mentioned earlier before, Porsche test-drives their models around our company building every day and the only models that still have a sticker between the rear lights are the C4S or at least the wide rear version models.

Strangely enough, the official document, that was also posted here, says the following:

Additional differentiation on all-wheel drive models: rear light-strip (coloured in red),

So it seems as if the Targa doesn't belong to the AWD-models like C4 or C4S. Also the document says nothing about a Targa 2 or something.

What's with all the Turbo wheels?
FWIW, My impression of the tailights, after seeing them "fresh" in this non-beauty shot, is that they are too complicated-looking, too much "hook-iness" (like a fish hook). Too much going on with their shape and placement. But who cares?

If you look at photo 6, there are two grey Targas, one has a small white sticker while the other has a longer one running between the two rear lights..
Is it a possibility that the first is a Targa 4 (hence no red stripe, covered with a small white sticker) while the other is a Targa 4S (red stripe covered with the longer white sticker)?
