    Build info

    Was wondering if anyone knows if there is a system or site where you can track the status on your car before or while it's being built?

    The reason I ask is because I am trying to find out my exact build date(July build) so that I know when to expect my car (early or late Aug)...I feel that my dealer is not much help and I always get vague answers when I ask questions to them. (Today he said my car may be done early (this month) but he's not sure)

    This waiting period is definitely the worst part of this whole process.

    Unfortunately Porsche doesn't have a system like that. You can only rely on your dealership for updates. Try asking them for status codes and see if you can find where it is on this (possibly outdated) list:

    Of course Jason would have this information. Any idea on how the car progresses? I am guessing MFGCNF is step 1.
