    Seeing as how it is delivery miles and he has probably had it for awhile, the reason is probably : that he is a speculator and deems now (spring/summer) is a good time to get the most over sticker

    Not a speculator, never have been. I have too many cars, and have a chance to pick a new 430. I welcome advice on what is a fair market value.

    He must be desperate, posts everywhere, but then says he is in no hurry.

    Ignore him and the price might drop fast. He actually asked for "advice" on another website on how to sell the car (to avoid rules?).

    God, what's wrong with you people. I'm just trying to sell a car with a market value that's in flux. It's not like some criminal. If you're not interested, fine. How would you go about selling it if you actually owned one? Would it please everyone if I just asked msrp?

    Although I've not met Bluehinder, we share a close friend in common and I'm certain he's a good guy and very honest. Cut him a bit of slack

    If he were straight up, he'd deserve some slack; but he is trying to manipulate the various sites. On one he asked for advice on how to sell the car (to avoid posting rules): On another he broke the rules without the required number of posts and on this one he is asking for PMs.

    To me that is jerking people around. If his car is for sale he should post his asking price (especially to a community he wants to take advantage of) and wait for responses.

    The market price for the RS is well established (especially for someone who visits and posts on all the various websites) so the naive and innocent post(s) are somewhat of a "con".

    Therefore no slack is warranted, he is a cheapskate (violating various rules) and looking for a "sucker".

    Mid market seems to be ~$35k over MSRP...but she aint the most liquid market i've seen...
