My Macan is almost 4 years old and see zero reasons to change it... Can’t wait for a Macan full ELV though, that will be worth upgrading. Funny enough my last two Cayenne were really getting long in the tooth after 4/5 years with plenty of issues. The Macan however still feels nice and fresh.

rulesdontapply:AutoBild render. A bit heavy-handed but hmm...
rulesdontapply
I've never understood why even bother about renders.... They're wrong anyway even if they to some extent can give an indication of how the next gen will look. We know that the light strip will come, but there will be other tweaks also to bumpers etc.
The original that the PS is based on.
Macan911:Any more details on "Hybrid version available" rumours ?
Hybrid may be coming but since Porsche plans to go full ELV on the next generation, it will probably be short lived...if it comes.

lukestern:Looks like the facelifted Macan will get a light interior update and not the new Panamera/Cayenne treatment. A bigger PCM screen, new steering wheel and some new air vents but still no digital instrument cluster and it will keep the same center console.
I heard that the digital instrument cluster could be optional (still not sure), touch buttons will probably not make it into the Macan facelift, only next generation.

Funny, I thought it was confirmed from close sources that a “different” version of the Cayenne/Panamera console was coming... but as someone who loves the actual buttons and isn’t a fan of this new capacitative business, this, is a MUCH better solution that marries old and new.

Well...apparently they decided differently. Still remains to be seen though, there is a (or more?) version with touch buttons driving around as well. Same goes to the digital speedo cluster, this is why I think they may offer it as an option for the Macan (similar to what Audi and Mercedes do for some of the lower end models).

Boxster Coupe GTS:How about this artist's impression of a future Porsche Macan model...
I like it but it needs some refinement, it looks a bit...how to put it...blunt.

bridggar:I'd say vaguely oriental? Not at all Germanic.
Teutonic you mean...
I don't think that there is any real German design anymore, maybe the Porsche watch and sunglasses design but cars? Adapted to taste of international customers. Which doesn't need to be a bad thing. Looking at Japanese car design for example, I shouldn't complain. The Japanese were really leading in the design domain but lost their edge lately, which is sad. Expected more from Korean car makers but with very few exceptions, nothing interesting to see.
Italians? Well...Fiat car design is the biggest disappointment lately. Same goes to Alfa Romeo but also Maserati. Only Ferrari and Lamborghini (oh wait, isn't that German? ) have a nice design language but they started to adapt to more international tastes as well (812, Urus).
French? Any good looking car lately?
In the end, it comes down to personal tastes and preferences anyway, so I guess it doesn't matter.

Well, the rendering is rubbish... if AB presents something like that it just underlines their quality. For example, the driver side headlight is bigger than the one on the passenger side. Several other elements are not positioned correctly and the left and right sides do not fit together. So I wouldn´t worry too much that this looks like the real deal.

Just the reborn of iconic Alpine brand... which will give some hard time to other ''premiums''

Similar to the Alfa Romeo 4C, I think the Alpine brand is dead before it even started. I may be wrong but what does an Alpine A110 do better than a latest gen Megane RS? Just curious.
In the design department, I actually like the Megane RS more than the A110.
