I don't know about Kuwait but if the engine brakes down, Porsche could blame the exhaust or at least try to make some trouble to you. So your dealer might be right. MIGHT.
I want to see that Porsche voids my warranty because of a simple muffler install without any other changes to cats, motronic or whatsoever. They wouldn't dare...because they'd loose a customer. It might be different if you exchange the cats too or install bypass pipes. They could argue with excessive backpressure changes, influence to motronic software adaptation, etc.
In Germany, in case of an engine failure, Porsche has to prove that the exhaust caused the damage in case they refuse to provide the warranty because of the exhaust system.
Unfortunately Porsche always holds the better cards in their hand because they built the car, it is their product and nobody knows it better. They could always find a technical explenation if they try hard.
But I don't think that Porsche would really void the warranty because of a simple muffler install only.

When you put a sport exhaust you take down from the car at least 40Kg...

My sport exhaust got again a little bit louder and right now it seems to provide the perfect combo between sporty sound and comfort. If it gets louder, it might annoy the passengers.
But of course it would be nice to have a slightly louder V8 growl. And this is what I actually like about this exhaust: it is a very deep V8 growl, not a high pitch V8 scream like on some sports cars. The deep growl is a perfect match for a SUV.
