By the way, I'm extremely suffering: I can't decide
-or silver artic metalic, black interior (maybe more "agressive")
-or dark blue beige interior (absolutely elegant)

I think the dark blue with beige is by far the best color combo due to the elegance and anti-poseur look. But since I already went with that combo with my current 996 I don't want to repeat the same thing and want the 997S to be different. Artic silver looks good by itself but its just so boring and comon here, just about every audi, merc and VW sedan is light silver
so it look very plain and stale now. I want a lighter color for easier cleaning and that combines well with a black interior which is must know for me due to the sportness of it, and lack of widshield reflection of the lighter interiors. Yellow and red are too flashy and I don't like to call attention. Black is beautiful but a pain in the butt to maintain so so far its a toss b/w black and seal grey? 
It will be much easier when we see them in real life

Still, it is a very difficult election. What do you think about "GT grey", !or even white! (Why not?)
I'm normally a very confident person who makes decissions very straightaway, but concerning with this beauty, I feel as a teenager or as a permanently doubting phylosopher!

I think CGT gray is too similar to artic silver gray so its thrown in the same bag. As to white, I though about it too, but its just too risky to decide, it may look great or too plain. The white is Porsche's racing color and look how good the GT3RS looks with it. It think it wouold be a great option, very sporty and very elegant too but you just never know in real life until you see and since you don't see many white 911's around anyway, its a risky choice
However, the more I think about it the more I think I would like it too since:
1* is sporty, and its Porsche's racing color,
2* its elegant,
3* its not flashy or poseur attention calling,
4* its very easy to keep clean,
5* it matches the black interior beautifully,
6* the lighter the color, the more it accentuates the 997's greater hips and curves
It would have to be a shinny and "metallic" white though for it to work, anybody know how is the white of Porsche's white?

Jeez, those wheels all look ugly on the 997... much too thin spokes... how about the turbo twist rims? the ones normal on the 996 tt? I think that would look much better!

polar silver is one of my avourites. however, if you want a cross between black and seal grey, atlas grey has to a good compramise. from what i have seen it is almost black in dull lights and a bit darker than seal grey in bright light. v nice IMO.

dear forum,
i ordered my 997 S with dark blue interior and polar grey.
believe me it looks AWSOME!!!the codes of the colours are Y1Y1 for the outside colour and FE for the inside.the car will be delivered on the 23rd of july!
