    new Ipod Integration solution?

    Looks to me like an FM-Transmitter which use RDS to display the title name. I dont think that the Titel-Selection over the Original-Radio is possible - means, I guess you have to dial the tial over the iPod.

    I dont like it!

    Will probably work but I don't know how free from interference! Not as sophisticated as the Dension 500 which actually is integrated into the MOST loop!

    I've been wondering about this too. FWIW, there will be a in-depth feature on iPod integration in the May issue of Total 911, out very shortly.
    Sorry if that sounds like a plug (I am connected with the magazine) - just though you'd like to know.

    Whens it out John?...looking forward to that, although I have already committed to a Dension Gateway 500,but they have had to back order it so its not here yet.

    So which model Dension would I buy if I wanted to connect the iPod to my 997 with CD Changer and NAV? I saw on their website that the iPod was in the center console, is that wher you put it or do you get a cradle of some sort? And it says that it maps to the CD changer, does that mean that the CD Changer will no longer work when you install the iPod kit or can you toggle between them?

    Looks like it attaches to the FM antenna so theres minimal interference.

    Things like this have been out a long time ago.

    So have RDS.

    I'm pretty sure it's meant to be out tomorrow (Thurs.) I'm assuming the iPod piece is in it, as it went through proofreading (yes, we do actually do that ) a couple of weeks ago.
