    997 turbo with black oem wheels

    1st time if i'm not wrong that i see the 19" turbo wheels painted..

    I'm not a huge fan of the oem wheels, but I do really like them in black This car just need a little tint.

    Nice car! Personally I am not a big fan of the "black out" rims and prefer the stock look. You know what they say, to each his own and my guess is those rims probably look better in person. On paper it looks like the car needs some contrast. Amazing how a small option changes the whole look of the car. My interior on the other hand is almost all "blacked out". Will post photos next month hopefully.

    Thats my exact car except I'll do a max. tint at my dealer(for June del.). I think it looks awesome for an everyday beast. This is refreshing to see as my dealer, Roslyn Porsche, said that PNA would NOT let me order the wheels and caps in black. The option I want is XD9 and is $1290 OEM. WHERE is this vehicle shown in your photos ? Maybe the XD9 option is only available in Europe so far or the factory is just now making the XD9 option available. Anybody in US have the XD9 option ? I doubt it, but hope I'm wrong.

    Just a suggestion: I'd consider getting those exhaust tips painted flat black. Might even be a DIY job with high temp spray paint; if you don't like results you can just strip the paint. If you like the results and the paint chips, strip paint, scuff up metal finish with Scotchbrite pad and then repaint.

    Nice, what type of black is it? Looks like graphite.Not glossy at all.

    I prefer the stocks not painted. Still looks good and proboly better in person.
