I'll jump in and say I don't think it does anything (maybe I'm wrong). I've been around a while and I don't recall any postive opinions. Since everybody here is probably octane-conscious I'm sure it would be common knowledge, and frequently discussed, if it was a good product to use.

I would look and find a place that sells 100 or more unleaded octane and mix it with 91.
Octane boosters increase the octane number by only a decimal point. If it says 10 points increase, that means you will go from 91 to 91.1, that's it.

I've got a '69 Camaro with 12:1 compression pistons and it dosn't like to run on pump gas alone. I've tried maybe 10 different kinds of octane booster, and many don't seem to do anything at all...But some, it seems like I've got a tank of 105 race fuel in there. In the US, the one I like best is called 104 Octane booster (not for street use)

Toluene from a paint store is a very well known, cheap, and very effective octane booster. I use off the shelf octane boosters in my track car when I don't have access to race gas. It does make a difference but cannot compensate for poorly (or over aggressively) tuned cars.
BTW Anthony a 10 point octane booster should raise your octane from 91 to 92 IIRC.
